Wet-Laid Operations and Beyond

The Mini Mill rotoformer is capable of supporting a wide range of basis weights of material, with finished widths of up to 26.5" (673 mm). This paper machine is fully instrumented with a modular headbox design, in-line process controls, multiple binder application methods and a high pressure steam drying section.

Beyond this, products designed on the Mini Mill can also be scaled to our larger wet-laid assets when your production demands increase. We have converting, laminating, calendaring, and packaging processes to bring you from design concept to finished product.
